New caregivers often ask, “What do I do if something goes wrong?” At Bloom, you are never alone. We make sure you are prepared for any situation your client may experience with thorough training, including covered CPR/First Aid certification. We provide 24/7 support, so there is always someone available to guide you.
Your mental, emotional, and physical needs are met with clear communication and proactive solutions. Our clients contractually agree to treat our caregivers with dignity and respect. We will never send you somewhere you don’t want to go.
When you choose a caregiving career, it’s because you truly want to help others, even strangers. This makes you an exceptional person--and it makes you the prize. We understand and deeply respect our caregivers, so it’s crucial to us that you’re treated the way you deserve.
Most companies build hiring and onboarding processes that make things easier for them. Based in Scottsdale, Bloom’s processes are designed to make starting this in-home caregiving job easier for you.
You choose how you want to onboard. If you prefer to complete all of your paperwork online on your own, that works for us. If you would rather come into the office in Scottsdale and go through everything together, we are happy to do that too. Top tier candidates for caregiving careers can work wherever they want, so our focus is on you.
We are intentional in the way we match our clients with caregivers. We consider personality and preferences on both sides. We pride ourselves in getting to know each client and caregiver personally, which allows us to match based on more than surface level needs and capabilities.
Connection is what distinguishes “help” from “care.” We want you to see the same client consistently. That way, you can foster an authentic relationship with them. We don’t want to send a revolving door of caregivers to clients’ homes, and we don’t want you to feel like you’re going through the motions.

Have you ever felt like your boss or company was saying something that did not feel true? At Bloom, you will always get straightforward answers. If you have a question, we will answer it in front of the entire company.
Honesty is nonnegotiable at Bloom, as we believe it must be the basis of all caregiving jobs. Our transparency with our caregivers allows them to feel comfortable openly communicating with us. When we’re clear with one another, we’re working together, which is the best way to make sure our clients receive outstanding care.
We know we may not be the right fit for everyone. That does not make you a bad caregiver, and it does not make Bloom a bad place to have a home care job. What matters most is that you have the information you need to make the best choice for yourself and your family.
Our starting pay ranges from $18 for the most basic skills to $24 for the most advanced skills. On average, our caregiver jobs pay $21 per hour. Along with competitive wages, we also offer compensation for gas to assist with transportation costs. Training and CPR/First Aid certification courses are included. You are paid for this training as well as your onboarding. Caregivers are also eligible for paid time off, because you can’t take care of someone else without time to take care of yourself.
We make sure you are recognized and supported as a valued part of our team. At Bloom, you have the confidence of knowing that your work matters. You are backed by a company that puts caregivers first.
We offer full- and part-time in-home caregiver jobs, overnights, and weekends. Caregiving is a dynamic profession, and we’re here to offer hours that fit your schedule.

Most of our clients are within a 20-mile radius of Scottsdale in areas such as Desert Ridge, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Cave Creek, and Carefree. Some of our caregivers are based in other areas including Gilbert, Chandler, and Mesa.
Some responsibilities include assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), companionship, emotional support, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation assistance, dementia and memory care support, and personal care assistance.
We ensure that you’re prepared for each visit through paid training and onboarding, and we provide high quality, around-the-clock support to ensure you’re able to care for your clients to the best of your availability.
You will never be on your own. When you call our office number, there is a directory option for caregivers who are on site with a client and need assistance. We provide 24/7 support and make sure you are prepared for any situation you may encounter with a client.
We will review your application and resume, then reach out for a preliminary phone interview. After the phone interview, we will schedule a face-to-face interview, which will take place either in person or over a video call. If we think you’re a fit, we will send you a conditional offer letter, which is contingent upon a clean background check and drug screen.
Once the offer is accepted and the screenings come back clear, you’ll come to the office for an onboarding session. During this session, we’ll talk about what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and any questions you may have.
That is okay. We value honesty and transparency. If another company is a better fit for you or your family, we will always give you clear answers so you can make the best choice for your situation.
