In addition to a physical care plan we will also create a social care plan to help you or a loved one engage in meaningful activities every day. Whether it is joining a bridge club, tending a garden, baking for loved ones or volunteering in the community. Part of what we solve are the feelings of isolation and loneliness that can come with aging or living alone.
Bloom was created from personal experience. Our founder and his wife cared for their parents at the end of their lives, giving them the ability to remain at home surrounded by family. That experience instilled a deep understanding of the challenges families face when they want to provide the very best care but cannot always do it alone. Bloom exists to offer that same comfort, connection, and peace of mind to other families.

Arranging for hospital beds, walkers, and other durable medical equipment
Real time updates on weight, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and pulse
Monitoring of movement, sleep, pattern recognition, night wandering, etc. with alerts for families without the intrusiveness of video cameras
